Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products.

If you purchase online or by phone as a consumer, you may have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.

7. Premium Rapid Delivery, Inspection and Responsibility

We offer a Premium Rapid Delivery service designed to ensure your panels arrive safely and in good condition.

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days. To allow flexibility for route planning and longer distance deliveries, our stated delivery window is 1 to 7 working days.

Approximately 99 percent of deliveries are completed by our own fleet and trained delivery team. Delivering panels ourselves allows us to control handling, reduce the risk of damage, and ensure orders arrive safely.

Where delivered by our team, items will be delivered to a room of your choice where access allows, or left in a safe place in line with your instructions.

All goods must be inspected on delivery. If visible damage is present, delivery should be refused at the door where possible, noted with the driver, and supported with clear photographs.

If delivery is accepted without damage being recorded, responsibility for safe storage and handling passes to the customer once the goods are received.

Panels should be checked before cutting or installation. Panels that have been cut, installed, or altered cannot be returned unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Damage occurring after delivery, including during storage, movement, stacking, or handling, is not our responsibility.

Goods left uninspected for extended periods may be difficult to assess for delivery related damage. For returns, refunds, or faulty goods, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Sample Policy

  • Only one of each sample may be added per order.
  • A maximum of three samples per customer is allowed.
  • Additional samples may incur a charge.
  • Duplicate or excess samples will not be shipped.

9. Optional Tools

  • Third party tools may be provided without warranty or support.
  • Use of such tools is at your own risk.

10. Third Party Links

  • We are not responsible for third party websites or services.
  • Use of third party links is at your own risk.

11. User Submissions

  • Any content submitted may be used without restriction.
  • Unlawful or offensive content may be removed.

Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

22. Delivery Disclaimer

Do not book installation services until your order has arrived and been checked.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery charges are non refundable once delivery has been attempted or completed, except where required by law.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund including standard delivery charges.

23. Promotions and Offers

  • Promotions are subject to availability.
  • Free adhesive offers require qualifying items to be added to the cart.
