Samples
Choosing first? Samples travel separately.
Samples are supplied free of charge with £1.99 postage per sample pack. Handling is normally 1 to 2 working days, followed by delivery via InPost taking up to 72 hours after dispatch. Sample orders are handled separately from full size panel deliveries.

Useful things to know before you order.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver panel orders to mainland England and Wales only. We do not currently deliver to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
How quickly will my panels arrive?
Premium Rapid Delivery is estimated at 1–7 working days. Timing can vary by route, location, availability and factors outside our control.
Can I get next-day delivery?
It can be possible. Orders placed before 4:30pm may be added to the following day's route where routing and availability allow. For local customers, orders placed before 4pm may also be eligible for same-day delivery where capacity allows. Call us if timing is important.
Will I know when the driver is arriving?
For deliveries completed by our own fleet, customers receive delivery communication and an SMS with an estimated one-hour arrival window. On-the-day tracking may also be available.
Will you carry the panels inside?
When our own team is delivering, we offer room-of-choice delivery where access allows, at no additional cost.
Can my order be left in a safe place?
Yes, a nominated safe place can be requested where suitable. Please make sure the location is secure, dry and appropriate for long bathroom panels.
What should I do when the order arrives?
Please inspect the order on arrival. If visible damage is present, refuse delivery where possible, note it with the driver and take clear photographs of the goods and packaging.
Do you ever use a carrier?
Approximately 99% of panel deliveries are completed by our own fleet. In rare circumstances an approved carrier may be used to complete a delivery.
Important installation notice
Do not book installers or trades until your full order has arrived and been checked. Delivery timings are estimates and delays can occasionally occur. Delivery operates Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
