Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Bathroom Panels Direct Trade (the "Trade Account") is designed for eligible trade businesses and organisations, providing trade discounts on eligible products and the option to have qualifying orders delivered direct to job sites. By opening and using a Trade Account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Eligible Customers: Bathroom Panels Direct Trade is open exclusively to businesses, housing associations and organisations involved in bathroom fitting, building or other related trades. Unrelated businesses or industries are not eligible.

2.2 Registration: To open a Trade Account, eligible businesses and organisations must contact us and provide the information required for verification. Your account will only be approved once your business or organisation has been verified by Bathroom Panels Direct.

2.3 One Account per Business: Each business or organisation may only have one Trade Account, which must be used by the designated representative of that business or organisation.

2.4 Acceptance of Terms: By submitting an application for Bathroom Panels Direct Trade, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Trade Benefits

3.1 Trade Discounts: Once your Trade Account is approved, you will be eligible for trade discounts on eligible products. These discounts include:

• 7% off eligible full price panels
• 15% off eligible full price trims and accessories

3.2 Job Site Delivery: Trade customers can request delivery of qualifying orders direct to a job site. Standard Bathroom Panels Direct delivery areas, charges, access requirements and delivery terms continue to apply unless agreed otherwise.

3.3 Order Discount Application: Trade discounts are not applied automatically at checkout. You must contact us with your order details by calling 01803 222784. A member of our team will then apply the appropriate trade discount to qualifying items.

3.4 Exclusions: Trade discounts cannot be used with other promotions, offers or discount codes unless Bathroom Panels Direct states otherwise. The discounts apply only to eligible full price items and are not valid on sale items unless otherwise specified.

4. Use of Trade Discounts

4.1 Non Transferability: Trade discounts are non transferable and may only be used by the registered business or organisation. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

4.2 Single Transaction: The discount is applied per transaction. When multiple eligible items are purchased, the relevant trade discount will be applied to each qualifying item according to its designated rate.

5. Bathroom Panels Direct Trade Changes

5.1 Changes: Bathroom Panels Direct reserves the right to modify or end Bathroom Panels Direct Trade, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. Changes may be communicated to registered trade customers by email or through the website.

5.2 Continuity of Discounts: Trade discounts will remain available while the Trade Account is active and in good standing. Bathroom Panels Direct reserves the right to revoke trade privileges if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Closing a Trade Account

6.1 Voluntary Closure: Trade customers may close their Trade Account at any time by contacting Bathroom Panels Direct customer service.

6.2 Closure by Bathroom Panels Direct: Bathroom Panels Direct reserves the right to close a Trade Account if these Terms and Conditions are breached, including through fraudulent activity or misuse of trade discounts.

6.3 Effect of Closure: When a Trade Account is closed, access to Bathroom Panels Direct Trade discounts will end immediately.

7. Privacy

Information collected during registration or use of a Trade Account is subject to Bathroom Panels Direct's Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
