Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Bathroom Panels Direct are delivered.

We deliver to mainland England and Wales only using our Premium Rapid Delivery service. Our delivery model prioritises careful handling and product protection to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Approximately 99% of deliveries are fulfilled by our own fleet and trained delivery team. Handling deliveries ourselves allows us to control how panels are transported, reduce the risk of damage, and ensure orders reach customers quickly and safely.

In rare circumstances, an approved carrier may be used to complete delivery.

We do not currently deliver to Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Important Installation Notice

Do not book any installation services until your full order has arrived and been checked. Delivery times are estimates only and delays can occasionally occur. We do not accept liability for costs arising from missed installation appointments, third party labour, or related expenses caused by delivery timing.

2. Premium Rapid Delivery

Premium Rapid Delivery is our standard delivery service and applies to all panel orders. This service is designed to prioritise safe handling and reliable delivery rather than relying solely on pallet network couriers.

• Delivery timeframe: Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 working days. To allow flexibility for route planning and longer distance deliveries, our delivery window is stated as 1 to 7 working days.
• Delivery method: The majority of orders are delivered by our own fleet. In rare cases, an approved carrier may be used.
• Room of choice delivery: When delivered by our own team, panels are delivered to a room of your choice where access allows, at no additional cost.
• Safe place delivery: Orders may be left in a nominated safe place if requested.
• Delivery confirmation: Customers will receive either a phone call, email, or SMS to confirm delivery details and provide tracking information.
• Tracking: On the day tracking may be available for deliveries handled by our team.

3. Delivery Costs

• Free Premium Rapid Delivery: Available on orders of £150 or more
• Premium Rapid Delivery charge: £30 on orders under £150

Delivery charges relate to the Premium Rapid Delivery service and are not refundable once delivery has taken place unless required by law.

4. Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days. To allow flexibility for route planning and longer distance deliveries, the delivery window for our Premium Rapid Delivery service is stated as 1 to 7 working days.

Orders placed before 4:30 pm may be added to the following day's delivery route where routing and availability allow.

Because deliveries are scheduled using live routing, next day delivery cannot always be guaranteed. Customers who wish to check the earliest available delivery date are welcome to contact our team before placing an order.

Delivery services operate Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

5. Delivery Inspection and Responsibility

All deliveries must be inspected on arrival.

If visible damage is present, delivery should be refused at the door where possible. The damage should be noted with the driver and clear photos taken of the goods and packaging.

If delivery is accepted without damage being noted, responsibility for safe storage and handling passes to the customer, subject to your statutory rights where a fault or damage is later shown to have existed at the time of delivery.

Damage discovered after prolonged storage may not be accepted where it is not possible to determine whether the damage occurred during delivery or after receipt.

6. Carrier Deliveries

While the majority of deliveries are completed by our own fleet, an approved carrier may occasionally be used to complete delivery.

Where a carrier is used, the same inspection requirements apply on delivery and customers should check goods carefully when they arrive.

7. Delivery Area

Bathroom Panels Direct currently delivers to mainland England and Wales only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside this area may be cancelled and refunded.

8. Samples

Free samples are sent separately via Yodel. Handling time is typically 2 to 3 working days followed by Yodels delivery times.

9. Important Notes

• Premium Rapid Delivery is designed to prioritise careful handling and product protection.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
• If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund including standard delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
