By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Eligible Participants: The Program is open exclusively to businesses, housing associations, and organisations involved in bathroom fittings, building, or other related trades. Any unrelated business or industry is not eligible for participation.

2.2 Registration: To join the Program, eligible businesses and organisations must contact us and provide the necessary information for authentication. Your registration will only be approved once your business or organisation is verified by Bathroom Panels Direct.

2.3 One Account per Business: Each business or organisation may only have one account in the Program, and this account must be used by the designated representative of the business or organisation.

2.4 Acceptance of Terms: By submitting an application to join the Program, you automatically accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Discount Benefits

3.1 Trade Discounts: Once your account is approved, you will be eligible to receive exclusive trade discounts on all eligible products. These discounts include:

• 7% off panels
• 15% off trims, adhesives, sealants, and accessories

3.2 Order Discount Application: Rather than an automatic discount at checkout, you must contact us with your order details by calling 01803 222784. A member of our team will then apply the appropriate discount(s) to your order.

3.3 Exclusions: The trade discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes. The discounts apply only to eligible full-priced items and are not valid on sale items unless otherwise specified.

4. Use of Discount

4.1 Non-Transferability: The trade discounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered business or organisation. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other account.

4.2 Single Transaction: The discount is applied per transaction. When multiple items are purchased, the discount will be applied to each eligible item according to its designated discount rate.

5. Program Changes

5.1 Modification: Bathroom Panels Direct reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to registered Participants via email or through the Website.

5.2 Continuity of Discounts: Discounts provided under the Program will remain in effect as long as the Participant’s account is active and in good standing. Bathroom Panels Direct reserves the right to revoke discount privileges if any misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Termination of Participation

6.1 Voluntary Termination: Participants may choose to terminate their participation in the Program at any time by contacting Bathroom Panels Direct customer service.

6.2 Involuntary Termination: Bathroom Panels Direct reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s account if they are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including fraudulent activities or misuse of the Program.

6.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Participant will immediately lose access to the exclusive trade discounts provided under the Program.

7. Privacy

All information collected during the registration process or through participation in the Program is subject to Bathroom Panels Direct's Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
