Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Bathroom Panels Direct Trade Rewards Program (the "Program"). The Program is designed to reward businesses and organisations ("Participants") within the specified industries for their loyalty and continued purchases. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Eligible Participants: The Program is open exclusively to businesses, housing associations, and organisations that operate within the bathroom fitting, building, or other relevant trades related to bathroom installations. Any unrelated business or industry will not be eligible for participation in the Program.

2.2. Registration: To join the Program, eligible businesses and organisations must register on our website and provide necessary information for authentication. Only once the business or organisation is authenticated by Bathroom Panels Direct will the registration be approved.

2.3. Account Setup and Discount Code: Upon successful registration and authentication, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to set up your account. Additionally, you will be sent a unique 15% discount code. This code can only be redeemed by the name and business associated with the trade rewards account. The code has no expiry date and will remain active as long as your trade account is open. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Bathroom Panels Direct reserves the right to cancel any unique discount code without prior notice.

2.4. One Account per Business: Each business or organisation may only have one account in the Program, and this account must be used by the individual registered for the business or organisation.

2.5. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting an application to join the Program, you automatically accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Earning Points

3.1. Point Accumulation: Participants will earn one (1) point for every £55 spent on eligible purchases made through the Bathroom Panels Direct website.

3.2. Eligible Purchases: Purchases made through the Bathroom Panels Direct website, including those using unique discount codes, qualify for point accumulation.

3.3. Exclusions: Taxes, shipping fees, and other ancillary charges do not count towards the accumulation of points.

3.4. Tracking Points: Points will be credited to your account within 48 hours of the qualifying purchase. Points must be earned and redeemed within the same account and cannot be transferred or combined with points from another account. Participants can check their point balance by logging into their account on the Bathroom Panels Direct website.

4. Redeeming Points

4.1. Redemption Threshold: Once a Participant accumulates 100 points, a unique discount code will be automatically generated and credited to their account. This code is a one-time use and can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Participant’s account.

4.2. Redemption Process: The unique discount code can be used to redeem a £300 money-back reward on the Bathroom Panels Direct website.

4.3. Voucher Code: The unique discount code is randomised, can only be used once, and must be applied at checkout for the £300 reward. If the full £300 is not used in one transaction, no credit or refund will be issued for the remaining balance.

4.4. Eligible Items: The reward can only be applied to full priced items on the Bathroom Panels Direct website. The reward cannot be used on sale items, and it cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.

4.5. Single Transaction Requirement: The £300 reward must be spent in a single transaction. If the full £300 is not used in one transaction, no credit or refund will be issued for the remaining balance.

4.6. Non-Transferability: Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit. Points earned within a specific account cannot be transferred to another account or combined with points from another account. The 100 points required for redemption must be accumulated within the same account.

4.7. No Expiration of Rewards: Once the £300 reward is credited to the Participant’s rewards account, it will remain valid until it is redeemed. There is no expiration date on the reward.

5. Program Changes

5.1. Modification: Bathroom Panels Direct reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.

5.2. Point Expiration: Points accumulated in your account will remain valid as long as the Program is active. In the event the Program is terminated, participants will be given a grace period of 30 days to redeem any accumulated points.

6. Termination of Participation

6.1. Voluntary Termination: Participants may choose to terminate their participation in the Program at any time by contacting Bathroom Panels Direct customer service.

6.2. Involuntary Termination: Bathroom Panels Direct reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s account if they are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, misuse of the Program, or providing false information during registration.

6.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any remaining points in the Participant’s account will be forfeited and will not be redeemable.

7. Privacy

All information collected from Participants during the registration process or through their participation in the Program is subject to Bathroom Panels Direct's Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
